Memorandum of Understanding between Prek Leap High School of Phnom Penh and Bualuang Wittayakhom Buriram under the Secondary Education Service Area Office 32. The two schools have become aware of the importance and desirability of cultural exchanges and academic cooperation to strengthen the ASEAN Community. Therefore, this Memorandum of Understanding, which the two institutions have agreed to endorse, includes the following forms of academic cooperation:
1) Coordination of cultural exchanges
2) Promoting the use of foreign languages to help teachers and educational personnel better communicate together.
3) Development and improvement of educational quality in the ASEAN Community
